By downloading, installing, or using Calcucal AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Calcucal AI is a calorie tracking application that uses AI-powered image recognition to estimate nutritional information of food. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync health data and offers premium features through a paid subscription.

Nutritional information provided by the App is generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as estimates only. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for nutrition-related decisions.

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features including unlimited food scanning, detailed macro tracking, personalized calorie goals, weekly nutrition insights, and exportable health reports.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The App may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to Pro features at no charge. After the trial expires, a subscription is required to continue using premium features. Basic features remain available without a subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated means to access the App or its services

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Calcucal AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional estimates or other information provided by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calcucal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages related to dietary decisions made based on the App's estimates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
